• Heart Rate Data: PulsePacer collects and processes heart rate data directly from compatible Bluetooth heart rate monitors to monitor your heart rate zones during workouts. This data is only processed on your device.
• User-Provided Information: Any information you manually input, such as age or maximum heart rate, is stored locally on your device to calculate training zones.

b. Device Information

• Bluetooth Connectivity: PulsePacer scans for and connects to Bluetooth heart rate monitors. While using the app, information about nearby Bluetooth devices and connection status is temporarily accessed to provide real-time heart rate monitoring. This data is not stored or shared.

c. Purchase Information

• In-App Purchases: If you purchase a premium subscription, payment information is processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not store or have access to your payment information. Apple’s privacy policy applies to all transactions made through the App Store.

2. How We Use Your Information

PulsePacer processes data solely on your device to support the app’s core features:

• Heart Rate Zone Training: PulsePacer uses your heart rate data and maximum heart rate to provide real-time zone training audio feedback.
• Personalization: Information such as your age and maximum heart rate is used to personalize your heart rate zone calculations.

3. Data Storage and Security

PulsePacer is designed to operate locally on your device. All information, including settings, preferences, and workout data, remains on your device and is not shared with us or third parties.

We follow best practices to ensure that data is securely processed on your device. However, the security of your device and information is also dependent on how securely you manage your device and its access.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to any third parties. PulsePacer does not collect any personal data on external servers, ensuring that your workout data and personal information remain private to your device.

5. Children’s Privacy

PulsePacer does not collect, store, or transmit any data from its users, including children under the age of 16. The app operates entirely on your device, and no information is shared with us or any third parties.

6. Your Rights

Since PulsePacer does not store any data on external servers, there is no data for us to manage, modify, or delete on your behalf. All data is fully contained within the app on your device, and you can delete or modify this data as you wish directly within the app.
